Tag Eckles : Piano player and Keyboardist  is considered one of Alaska’s  most renowned piano bangers, however the reasons for this are not fit to print. For over  45 years this miscreant has been performing in one form or another everything from Reggae Ragtime to space rock Jazz to hard country rock and all in between.  For the last 35 years has been holding down the house piano player spot at the World Famous Red Dog Saloon in Juneau Alaska where he has become famous for  abusing the his unsuspecting audience. Over the long stretch of years he has managed to develop an interestingly different Jagtime piano style that mesmerizes  capacity crowds, and has music lovers the world over singing his praise. Why we can’t imagine!
As band leader for “Camai” a sixty piece touring group created to bring about people to people exchange and open dialog between Siberia and Alaska.
This young man demonstrated his ability to forge emotion into message and contribute to the unification of two great nations and helped end the cold war  years ahead of projections. A dedicated player  participating in many good bands over the years, he has had occasion to make a spectacle of himself performing for President George Bush as well as steal a little thunder from Led Zeppelin in Honolulu’s H.Ic. Arena.  We believe Tag does and adequate job on Keyboards for the “ Moses Kane” band and should be considered a reasonable choice to remain as keyboardist for the band. As he is old we would ask that he be treated with a modicum of decency and respect, if possible.
